About Ursula Woods

Ursula J. Woods is the attorney and President of Bankruptcy Law Firm, PLLC; Preferred Title & Escrow; and the Law Office of Ursula Woods. Ursula has been providing legal services in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and personal injury for over 25 years. She has received many accolades for her legal endeavors over the years. Ursula is a monthly guest on The Bev Johnson Radio show airing locally in Memphis and syndicated nationally on iHeart Radio. In January 2015, she was a featured attorney on the investigative crime show, Fatal Attraction.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Attorney Woods earned her Bachelor Degree in 1994 from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia and in 1998, she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee, and today she has two wonderful sons, Jeffrey and Preston.
